This notice applies to the public bLIS website and other public pages operated by Gamma Peak LLC that link to it.
It does not govern how a customer organization uses bLIS or how information about patients, donors, samples, testing, or results is handled within the bLIS application. Those activities are governed by the customer organization’s policies, its agreements with Gamma Peak, and applicable law.
